Fun, fun, fun!

Hi Everyone!

I have less than a month until my next competition.  I have been busting my butt in the gym and am really looking forward to competing.  I have a wonderful woman who has been making my competition bikinis for me and I am excited to wear her newest creation :)  I also am excited to be featured in the Spring 2011 issue of MuscleSport Magazine on the "Today's Amateurs, Tomorrow's Pros" page.  You can check out the magazine by going here http://www.musclesportmag.com/ Click on the magazine on the top right hand side to view :) 

In other news one of my favorite food companies which make P28 bread has released a new item-bagels!!  The nutritional stats are great and it's really cool to be able to get my protein in a delicious bagel form  https://www.highproteinbread.com/  This is worth ordering or locating in a store near you if you are looking to add extra protein to your diet :)
